Anyone who wants to fight for Mulwaree Muay Thai gym in NSW must be registered with the Combat Sports Authority of NSW. This is a government mandate for combat sports participants in NSW.
Registration involves supplying JP certified copies of several pieces of ID, and obtaining 2 letters of medical health from a GP (plus the fee for registration).
A list of the current fees for a muay thai fighter in NSW can be found in: CSA_factsheet_Registration_and_Permit_Application_Fees ($20 for an amateur applicant as of 07/2017)
This process can be time consuming, so athletes are encouraged to get on top of these documents as soon as possible to prevent delays in the lead up to a fight.
