Combat Conditioning is all about world class performance enhancement for competitive fighters and athletes. The goal of combat conditioning is to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports and martial arts (MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian-JiuJitsu, Wrestling and Western Boxing) place upon its athletes.

Combat conditioning uses non-contact fighter training methods in a circuit style environment. Incorporating combat conditioning into a muay thai training session begins with dynamic warmups, mobility based movements, and then we get into the class emphasis of the day which varies from more strength work to energy system training. Followed by a cool down and stretch, as well as discussion about application of exercises as it pertains to combat sports.
