Mulwaree Muay Thai runs MMA, Mixed Martial Arts training sessions in Goulburn. Our MMA sessions are run for all levels of experience, and we encourage everyone who is interested to come along and train.
Our MMA sessions are comprised of:
- Striking fundamentals, moving into sparring when ready;
- Takedown and takedown defence training;
- Basic wrestling and grappling;
- Clinch training;
- No-gi grappling / ju-jitsu fundamentals for MMA training.
We run relaxed, fun sessions which incorporate fitness / conditioning training and foundations of MMA training. MMA training rounds out a fighter’s Muay thai striking skills, allowing them to compete in MMA / XFC / Modified-MMA fights and tournments with fundamental skills.
